Hey ladies, as usual another great podcast. Just wanted to say i love your work and look forward to hearing you every week (sometimes everyday since i have your podcasts on my zune). Now for my rant. Madame Xanadu is one of the best comics EVER, and I love the character. And yes Brenda I am a guy, but I'm gay so not that much of a guy. Beavis and Butthead (eww) you like, but not Madame Xanadu?? Don't get it. Carey you are not alone, Once upon a time is AWESOME (but this is coming from one of the few people who still read fables). Just there some problems with the show but given time i'm sure they can be ironed out. Also Carey you so should read Authority, not only to help you better understand the characters of stormwatch but because it is awesomely insane. if you like the crazy of stormwatch, the authority is a most read. kyle rayner became the only green lantern because hal jordan killed all the green lanterns and all the guardians except for Ganthet who escaped and destroyed all the rings except for one which Ganthet gave to kyle rayner. and that is how kyle became the only green lantern. Laura, girl i'm disappointed you dont know the whole story of joseph from x-men. you are this podcast's x-men guru, come on!. I read my comics a month late (i.e. I wont read november's comics til december) so i can read them all at once so havent read the magneto mini yet but i can give you the low down on joseph. he was cloned by a character named Astra that was retconned into being an original member of the brotherhood and spurned lover of magneto. basically to get revenge on magneto for breaking her heart she cloned a younger better version of him to take his place. the alien tech she used to make joseph required that magneto himself be in perfect health both mentally and physically so she also healed him of the brain damage that xaiver caused during the fatal attraction storyline. joseph died after this was all revealed when he fixed the damage done to earth's electromagnetic field by magneto. the exertion caused him to age to a winkled old man and then there was a big explosion and no more joseph. Astra was never seen again (she was obviously an ex machina used to explain joseph's origins and bring magneto back). now since there was no body, joseph could have used the explosion as a distraction to escape and live a life away from the x-men, but i dont buy that being that he was so in love with rogue. so cant wait to see how they explain his return and whereabouts for the past few years. that's it for today ladies, thanks for all your hard work and entertaining conversations.
p.s.: love the green lantern animated series, red lanterns, the blue lantern saint walker, and waiting for the star sapphires to get their due, namely in the form of a monthly.
