The reason they keep rebooting Marvel movies (and somebody else has probably told you this) is because so long as Fox keeps Daredevil/X-Men/Fantastic Four/whatever "in production," Marvel can't reclaim the rights. "In production" can be something as simple as paying someone to write a script indefinitely. The reason studios do this is mostly because if they let the rights go and Marvel makes their own versions and they turn out to be good (or at least make money), then whomever let the rights lapse at the first studio is in trouble. Sony has Spider-Man, which is the big one, but I'd be really happy if Fox would let go of these other guys.
I get that Kenn, I just think that if people weren't interested in Daredevil a few years ago, they won't be interested now. "The Incredible Hulk" seems to support that theory.
