If you're still looking for an Asian-looking guy for Jubilee and are willing to stretch the definition of "rock n' roll" to it's breaking point, may I recommend the lead singer of Tokio Hotel? I saw them as a captive audience member during a promo before a movie (I'm sure all the people who went to see Gran Torino loved watching these guys play half a song beforehand). At first, I thought he was a girl.

Like I said, it would take quite a stretch to call these guys rock n' roll, but tell me this dude doesn't already look the part of Jubilee.
