The Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision blog reported yesterday that Art Marcum and Matt Holloway, the writers of "Iron Man," have been hired to write the script for the live action "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" film being produced by Michael Bay. I'm just going to say this is a good thing. "Iron Man" is great. I mostly tend to attribute this to the awesomeness of Robert Downey, Jr. and how cool looking all the action sequences are, but someone had to come up with all that cool stuff for Robert Downey, Jr. to do. Now, I don't know for a fact that they came up with all of it, but someone said "and then all the flight attendants ARE ALSO STRIPPERS!" That could very well be these two men, and, if so, they are brilliant. They also wrote "Punisher: War Zone," which I've heard is the best of the Punisher movies. Of course, this is like saying "it was the least painful spleen rupture," but I can't judge. I haven't seen it. Did it have strippers?
